You may use ScalioLab only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@scaliolab.com of any unauthorized use.

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload. You grant ScalioLab a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

ScalioLab, our logos, software, designs, and documentation are owned by ScalioLab. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

• Right to access: request a copy of your data at any time.
• Right to correct: update inaccurate information through your account or by contacting us.
• Right to delete: request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Right to portability: export your data in a standard machine-readable format.
• Right to withdraw consent: opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScalioLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

You may stop using ScalioLab at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when feasible.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
